Application
The terms associated with the Internet activities of Kazem Skin Aesthetics are stated on WWW.KAZEMSKINCARE.COM and fall under the Law remote buying. By ordering you agree with the terms and conditions to continue.
Kazem Skin Aesthetics has the right to update and modify the Terms and Conditions from time to time. If you continue to use the website after such change signifies your agreement to the changed conditions. Check this page regularly for an update. Further use of the site implies agreement to the changed conditions.
Order
All orders are subject to approval and availability. All prices include 19% VAT. They are correct at the time of entering the data.
Customers who make purchases from a country outside the European Union are subject to import duties or taxes. We advise you to contact your local customs office to inform about the price of the desired item and to determine this prior to completing purchases.
If you have made a choice and have placed an order, you will receive an e-mail confirming the details of the order. This email does not constitute evidence of approval of the order, but is only a confirmation of receipt.
Unless you cancel the order, the approval of the order and the completion of the agreement between you and Kazem Skin Aesthetics is completed when you receive your e-mail confirming shipment of the goods.
We reserve the right not to approve the order, for example, if we do not receive payment or if shipping restrictions apply to a particular item or if the item is not in stock or does not meet our quality standards and is withdrawn.
An order is only valid if Kazem Skin Aesthetica can verify your permanent place of residence. On ordering a product as stated in art. 7.45 of the Civil Code, you’ll have fourteen (14) days after receipt of your order to assess whether the ordered items meet your requirements and give you the opportunity to return your order within (14) days to Kazem Skin Aesthetics. After this period, the sale is finalized and you will be the lawful owner.
Price
The price of the listed items is in euros, including VAT. Delivery (unless otherwise stated) is not included in these prices. The shipping costs of orders within the Netherlands are € 0, =.
Cancellation / Returns
Any order can be cancelled without given reason within 24 hours after you have placed your order, unless the order has already been shipped. We request that you send an e-mail to [email protected]. Your order cancellation will be confirmed by email. If you have already paid your cancelled order, Kazem Skin Aesthetics will refund the full amount paid within fifteen (15) working days. In accordance with the Distance selling law,(Wet Kopen op Afstand) you have the right to return your order within fourteen (14) working days after receiving the order, without payment of any penalty and without giving any reason. Kazem Skin Aesthetics will refund the full amount paid (excluding shipping costs) within fifteen (15) working days.
You are however responsible for the costs of returning the order. Please send an email to [email protected] within fourteen days after delivering. This email should include your name, order number and (if applicable) your bank details.
The articles should be returned to us within 14 days after receiving the order.
The items must be returned unopened, undamaged and unused.
The items must be returned in the original packaging.
Providing the information above has been followed, refund of the total amount will be made by Kazem Skin Aesthetica within ten (10) working days after receival of the returned goods.
Cancellations received later than 24 hours after confirmation of the order or within fourteen days after receipt of the products cannot be accepted.

Delivery
Kazem Skin Aesthetics sells products that are available from stock. However, it is possible that we are awaiting delivery from our suppliers.
Delivery in The Netherlands must be made within ten working days, exception to this is if delay is beyond the control of Kazem Skin Aesthetics. Delivery in all other European countries must be made within fourteen (14) days. If your order is not received within this period, please inform us within fourteen (14) days of placing the order by sending an e-mail.
The Kazem Skin Aesthetics delivery terms are informal and it may occur that an item you ordered is temporarily out of stock or not directly available, in some cases it may be the case that part of the order is available. In this case you will be contacted within 10 working days from when the order was made. In this case you hold the right to cancel the order free of charge. Kazem Skin Aesthetics will issue a refund .
If you have changed address and not informed Kazem Skin Aesthetics of the move, then a delivery to the last known home address as a valid delivery. Kazem Skin Aesthetics can not be held liable for any damage that you may suffer caused by delivery to a previous but now incorrect address
Complaints
If a product does not meet your expectations, you are required within fourteen working (14) days of receipt to send an email to [email protected].
We will solve the problem in agreement with you as soon as possible. In order to process your complaint smoothly, please strictly follow our instructions. The costs for postage for returning an article with a complaint will in the first instance be for your account. These costs will be credited if the complaint is valid.
If the solution offered does not meet your expectations you hold the right to cancel the complete order within fourteen (14) days, without additional charge. The amount already paid will be credited to your account within ten (10) working days.
Payment
All banking transactions are processed through WWW.KAZEMSKINCARE.COM Multisafepay, a secure online payment module that encrypts the card data in a secure hosting environment. Payments can be paid by Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, iDeal and bank transfer.
To ensure that your payment is safe, easy and secure, we use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. Besides SSL encryption PaySquare makes use of 3-D Secure. 3-D Secure provides an additional level of security when placing an order. It protects you against unauthorized use of your credit card number.
Liability
Kazem Skin Aesthetics is not liable for the consequences of incorrect or incomplete information in its mailings or on the website. Kazem Skin Aesthetics is also not liable for damages resulting from your improper use of any article supplied by Kazem Skin Aesthetics. You indemnify Kazem Skin Aesthetics from counterclaims from a third party for whatever reason against Kazem Skin Aesthetics, who claims to have suffered from use of an item ordered at Kazem Skin Aesthetics.
Guarantee
Kazem Skin Aesthetics guarantees that the delivered order meets the terms and conditions of usefulness, reliability and durability agreed on by all parties in the purchase contract. KSA holds responsibility for the production guarantee of your product, the duration of this guarantee is in accordance to the production guarantee.
Guarantee will be invalidated if there is proof of irresponsibility, deliberate damage or neglect. In the case of damage, please contact us within 7 days by telephone or e-mail.
Privacy
Your personal data will be incorporated into the customer data base of Kazem Skin Aesthetica. Kazem Skin Aesthetics ensures to make discreet use of your data to go and under no circumstances will the information be shared with an external party. Kazem Aesthetica guarantees that the information will only be used for their own marketing campaigns.
Applicable law
All rights, obligations, offers, orders and agreements to which these conditions apply, including these conditions, only fall under Dutch law. If a court ruling declares one or more of these articles to be invalid the remaining conditions of these terms remain in full force,
This agreement is exclusively governed by Dutch law. All disputes between parties will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
